We love hampers, in fact we sent our very first online order way back in 1999, giving us some 20+ years experience in delivering them, however every hamper can go sour and on rare occasions, things do go wrong. It drives us insane from misrouted deliveries to smashed jars and bottles, we have seen it all and that is why, whatever happens, we promise to always go the extra mile to make it right with a timely and sympathetic ear that truly does care what you think.
